Steve founded his first vacation rental management company in the 1990s. Over the next three decades, he went on to found or co-found 14+ companies across vacation rental management, technology, development, talent, and advisory, accumulating a uniquely broad perspective on how the industry works at every level.

As a past President of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), Steve shaped industry standards, advocacy positions, and best practices during a critical period of market growth. He has presented at industry conferences, advised OTA platforms, and worked with some of the industry's most respected operators.

He also has 25+ years of experience designing purpose-built vacation homes, a practice that gives OGA's developer clients something most advisory firms cannot offer: an advisor who understands both the real estate asset and the guest experience business that will operate within it.

After three decades operating, designing, and exiting across the industry, Steve built Optimal Growth Advisors around a single discipline: vacation rental optimization, of the businesses that run them and the assets themselves.
